• • First mission: put out fires on the mobile app in tandem with the dev who had been on the project for several years.

• • Once the app was stable for 15,000 active users, migration to a new technology to speed up the app and allow reading articles even without a network connection.

• • Big gain on the server side: creation of a "buffer" database to avoid querying the main database (several million articles) with each request. The app loads faster, the server breathes easier.

• • Small consulting mission to set up the architecture of a Mobile application in React-Native and train an internal developer.

• • Until January 2021: alternating between the new website (React, with the French and international teams) and the maintenance of the existing mobile app. Result: a solid website that truly simplifies the lives of temporary workers.

• • Early 2021: I was entrusted with the creation of a real Mobile division. Recruitment of 2 developers, development of a new app. Release at the end of 2021. A small point of pride: the app is still a success for Staffmatch today.
