    As part of a select expert team, I was involved in several strategic design sprints for Deutsche Telekom AG. The goal was the holistic further development of the brand's visual tone – across product interfaces, packaging, and corporate and marketing communication.

    This initiative resulted in "Liquid Brand Design": a scalable, flexible design system that serves as the visual backbone of the brand identity. It combines strategic brand management with operational applicability and creates a consistent, yet adaptive design basis for different target groups, markets, and media formats.

    My contribution was particularly focused on the systemic translation of brand values into clear visual principles. The focus was not only on aesthetics but on the development of a robust design framework that increases efficiency, recognizability, and speed in implementation.

    Conception and development of a holistic 360° platform for the digital representation and management of complex infrastructure projects – for Deutsche Telekom AG, LEONHARD WEISS GmbH & Co. KG, and end customers.

    The goal was to make fragmented processes along the construction and rollout chain transparent, traceable, and efficiently manageable. The platform combines internal project tracking with external communication and creates a central, consistent information basis for all stakeholders.

    In focus were:

    • Real-time status overviews along defined process phases
    • Clear role and rights concepts for different user groups
    • Transparent communication towards end customers
    • Reduction of manual coordination and media breaks

    My contribution included strategic conception, UX architecture, and the development of a scalable interaction and information design.
