GECKO ALLIANCE group is a leader in the manufacturing and sale of SPA parts in North America. To position itself in online sales, GECKO, through its subsidiary 'Stratégie ActivCarts INC', plans to deploy a platform integrating several B2B and B2C e-commerce sites. The objective of this mandate is to design and implement an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) to enable real-time information exchange between the various systems involved in the smooth operation of the platform. This includes the ERP (Acclamare), product catalog manager (INRIVER-PIM), CRM (SalesForce), and E-commerce CMS (MAGENTO).

Role:

• Identify and define the functional scope of the systems in place;

• Organize and participate in meetings with stakeholders to define and validate needs;

• Produce and update the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) architecture deliverable;

• Participate in the development and implementation of the integration platform.

• Supervise functional and non-functional testing activities (performance and load);

• Design the structure of new modules, code reviews, and proofs of concept;

• Participate in implementation activities.

To make its various systems easily scalable and reusable, the Quebec Ministry of Finance wishes to adopt a REST micro-services approach. The goal of this mandate is to train and support the internal team in this process by defining a model architecture, choosing the main organic components, and setting up a continuous integration platform. It is also planned to train developers on best development practices based on the chosen tools.

Role and responsibilities:

• Support the internal architect in choosing the various organic components;

• Implement a continuous integration platform with GITLAB-CI

• Participate in the organic architecture of the department's various systems;

This mandate consists of integrating the services of an external resource team within the existing MSSS team to perform maintenance, deployment, and evolution of the common information assets (SIGCT and ISISW). These services primarily aim to ensure the proper functioning of the application and to implement requested corrections and improvements according to priorities. Secondly, the requested services aim to enable the evolution of the asset according to the work of the third phase of SIGCT evolution. The team is composed of an organic architecture consultant, a functional analyst, a system pilot, six (6) Java programmers, and a quality assurance advisor.

Role and responsibilities:

• Analyze application evolution in relation to architecture;

• Produce the organic architecture;

• Produce and update the software architecture deliverable (P219S);

• Update the asset architecture (P370S);

• Implement solutions to integrate this asset into a global technological architecture;

• Perform load tests in various IT environments;

• Design the structure of new modules, conduct code reviews, and create proofs of concept;

• Participate in implementation activities.
