Real Estate: Management of the Department's project activities (future head office project, GRDF's future training center in the Nantes region, second logistics platform in the Chateauroux area), management of property management activities for the two central function sites, management of the real estate site portfolio in the region.

Vehicles: Management of the Department's project activities (transition to LLD, greening and electrification of the fleet), management of vehicle fleet operations in the region, management of tenders for fleet operation (fittings, vehicle maintenance, fuel), management of annual vehicle renewal plans in line with fleet decarbonization and electrification goals.

Cross-functional: participation in tariff updates for the areas managed by the Department, implementation of forward-looking workforce and skills management at the national level (establishment of a target organization, creation of job descriptions outlining activities and required skills, and definition of a training program).

Management and leadership of a team of 15 people, expertise in complex areas of the subsidiary, support for management and performance measurement (budget, PAMT, tariffs).

Implementation of reporting for the Europe business line (presentation of accounts and activity by BUs) and a business review with Degrémont's General Management, management of the budgeting process (forecasts, medium-term plan), participation in project activities (risk meetings, operational steering committee), participation in group structuring projects (SAP, internal control program, Omega processes, Fast Close, Services Steering Committee), implementation of a competitiveness plan (general expenses savings plan, BU structuring).
