Since 1991, I have been a staff representative in my establishment, then in my company. I have also been mandated at the regional interprofessional level. I then held positions as an adult training facilitator and designer within a trade union federation. I was also a union defender and a labor court advisor.

In parallel, I trained in coaching in 2010 and after practicing internally for 4 years, I created my micro-enterprise in 2014 to be able to intervene externally.

In 2020, I became the director of a training organization for which I obtained Qualiopi certification and within which I managed a work team and a network of facilitators covering the entire metropolis.

Since the end of 2021, I have ceased all other activities and transformed the micro-enterprise into a SAS in order to provide company leaders with my expertise in understanding social dialogue and its mechanisms, in order to make it a lever for economic performance, company development, and improvement of working conditions.

Through my experience, I have participated in and/or led numerous local and national negotiations, as well as several social conflicts. I have also actively participated in the development of "reasoned" social dialogue within large groups as well as VSEs or SMEs.

Based on a diagnosis and needs analysis, I concretize the request into support, whether in the form of advice, facilitation, training, or coaching.

I also work on supporting the transformation of management methods towards greater agility and humanity.
