About Bruno

My name is Bruno Carlyle and I am a freelance Scrum Master / Product Agile Coach.

I have observed what goes wrong in Agile IT transformations: the gap between desire and intention, between theory and the reality on the ground.

I realized that it was not enough to verbalize change; it had to be embodied collectively, co-constructed with the teams.

Not to impose, not to do anything and everything.
Respecting the existing while challenging it day by day through empiricism.

It is important to understand that one person alone can do nothing. The responsibility for change must be shared.

I can accompany, help, guide, support, but the greatest part of the evolution comes from the teams and their motivation to want things to change.

If this resonates with you, I will explain below what I can bring to you.

The objective is to place security at the heart of the Delivery process for all Product Units and provide best practices for compliance.

    Role and responsibilities:

⦁ Align objectives between the two teams, apply and optimize the Scrum framework and facilitate its ceremonies.

⦁ Demonstrate the value of events

⦁ Facilitate communication between the two Product Owners

⦁ Strengthen collaboration and synergy between the two teams

⦁ Produce the deliverables expected from the Scrum Master, including tracking reports

⦁ Implementation of a module consolidating the different skills of the two teams (Reliable and compliant product)

⦁ Coaching Product Owners on structuring their backlog for Quarterly Planning in compliance with the rest of the organization (Iterations, Epics, Sprints, User-Stories)

⦁ Value-Driven Prioritization approach with the implementation of Flow Metrics tracking on JIRA: Swimlanes High Priority, Work Item Age and Dependencies, as well as progress tracking: cycle time, throughput, etc.)

⦁ Reduction of Sprints from one month to 2 weeks through the experiment "Let's try to see what we can deliver in 2 weeks"
