Integration of financial flows to SAGE and connection to the members' intranet (JPlatform Jalios).*Benefits:Each branch now manages its members and procedures via a secure and centralized platform. Intuitive interfaces adapted to novice users, simplified DMS, and strategic dashboards for administration. Processing times have been drastically reduced, with some procedures going from 1 week to 24 hours.*Results:99% adoption in 6 months and 275,000 cases processed in 3 years, reinforcing satisfaction and operational efficiency.This project has transformed the administrative management of the Federation, ensuring a successful transition to modern and efficient digital tools.
