Deployment of Reporting Portal for 12 remaining countries of the group (8 already live when mission started).

• Follow up of actual spending VS. Budget (activities focused on capacity management) ULTIMATE GOAL ACHIEVED (within timeline) : All Group purchase data centralized and aggregated within one tool. Data Quality and Service Management (PURCHASE application + other solutions)

• Implementation of (Purchasing) Data Quality controls within dedicated tool (“homemade” in Power BI)

• Setup the Support organization process (from Business ticket creation to actual fix by Run team)

• Participation in technical migration of data storage (from SQL Server to Snowflake) : Data alignment controls, pipelines harmonization and redesign ; Validation of dashboards.

Decommissioning of the MIB group solution (Multi-channel Internet Banking) : functional support transfer from Corporate to local entities of the group (US and Europe)

• Studies on replacement options / Strategic IT assessments

• Organization and presentation for steering committees Quality Analyst (Open Up project : Start up relationship with BNP Paribas group on innovation projects)
