Within the IT department of the LE DUFF group and in conjunction with the Digital Factory of the BRIDOR brand, managed 2 projects: implementation of a PIM/DAM (Inriver) and interconnection of a solution (PROS) for pricing between the SAP finance module and Salesforce CRM.
TASKS:
● Adopt a specific methodology (V-model, waterfall, or agile) by clarifying operating rules and expectations to all collaborators, selecting project management tools, and defining progress indicators.
● Act as a liaison between different teams (business & IT) and coordinate actions while respecting predefined milestone progress.
● Ensure adherence to budgets and deadlines through a global project view and understanding of technical and practical feasibility. Validate deliverables.
● Supervise development and progress by creating dashboards and indicators.
● Manage risks and issues, readapt resources based on immediate needs, and plan for the new medium-term organization.
● Reschedule deadlines if necessary and justify chosen solutions to decision-makers.
● Regularly communicate project progress to stakeholders, including ongoing work (feature additions, bug fixes...) and organization (deadlines met, delivery issues ...).
● Organize and lead project committees and steering committees with management members to ensure the project aligns with expectations.

Within the IT Systems Technical Department of the COVEA group (MMA, MAAF, GMF), provided IT System Pilot services as part of the AML/CFT regulations and the 2022-2025 roadmap for the Risk Client Knowledge program. Projects in a hybrid agile / V-model approach.

Responsibilities:
● Action plan and associated deliverables, in coordination with all stakeholders: compliance, business, and IT.
● Liaison with business departments: understanding requirements.
● Organization of meetings, minutes.
● Participation in the development of committee materials.
Update of steering tools (workload, consumed, forecast, schedule...).
● Facilitation of communication between IT teams, business departments, and IT, in conjunction with the business pilot and the numerous IT stakeholders from each brand (CMP, Development, Validation, Architecture, Production, ...).

Agile management of the deployment (BUILD & RUN) of a digital solution (Usercube) for identity and access management for the 40 Regional Banks of the group.

Responsibilities:
● Daily management and coordination of the squad's actions on SIAM (build and run);
● Participation and, if necessary, facilitation of operational meetings (bug tracking, design workshops, testing and validation preparation and monitoring… etc);
● Identify blocking points at the squad, CAGIP, or publisher level, and manage these blocking points;
● Manage prioritization of requests, planning, and budget monitoring with the PO;
● Manage the relationship with the publisher / Escalate if necessary with the support of the PO and the leader;
● Prepare, consolidate steering committee / executive committee / project committee materials, and perform management-level program reporting, with the PO's assistance.
