Today, the simplest way to see me is as an experienced man using all his skills and knowledge, acquired over more than 30 years, to serve the industrial concerns or projects of his clients.

It is difficult to talk about added value without explaining the process that links me to my client, because my positioning is at the crossroads of several paths: Profitability - Pragmatism - Individual appetites of the client's team.

Often, I receive a phone call from a client's management expressing a pressing need: "Can you help me turn my project around and stop the financial bleeding it's causing."

In most cases, the client's project team has begun diagnostic work and event collection, but it has been too time-consuming to be usable in its current state.

Regardless of the stage of their project (beginning, middle, or end), I provide a tailored solution which often translates as follows:

At the start of a project, I often propose technical and contractual management services within the client's teams, while remaining in direct contact with their management. This offer generally takes place in 3 stages: diagnosis - action plan / management - evaluation.

In the middle or at the end of a project, I tend to focus my support on specific interventions, proposing intermediate milestones and rewriting the sequence of events.
