On assignment for Hellio, I work on several B2B, B2C applications and business platforms, with a role that is technical, product, and organizational. I support teams in designing new solutions, modernizing existing applications, and implementing more reliable, maintainable, and scalable technical foundations.

My involvement covers the entire project cycle: understanding client needs, technical scoping, architecture choices, frontend/backend development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Notably, I contributed to the transition from vanilla Node.js services to NestJS, the implementation of new frontend architectures in React, React Query, Ant Design, and TypeScript, as well as the development of key platforms like Hellio Ingénierie, the B2B Grand Compte Platform, and the Housing Platform.

I also participated in the industrialization of delivery processes with a fully automated CI/CD, more efficient verification, testing, build, and deployment workflows, as well as the implementation of end-to-end testing best practices to secure critical user journeys.

On the infrastructure side, I worked on scaling applications with Docker Swarm, Caddy as a reverse proxy, Swarmpit for service management, and Sentry for monitoring and error tracking in production.

I also played a role in implementing more efficient workflows, both for technical teams and for certain marketing processes, particularly through the integration of AI to accelerate verification, analysis, content generation, testing, error diagnostics, and certain repetitive tasks.

Finally, I ensure the upskilling of teams on React, NestJS, TypeScript, CI/CD, testing, code quality, architecture, and the pragmatic use of AI in work processes.

Lead developer within a team of about ten developers on the Occupant Portal project for SNCF. I held a technical, organizational, and product role, with a strong involvement in feature design, team support, and continuous improvement of the codebase.

My role was to bridge the gap between functional needs, technical constraints, and the delivery of reliable features, while ensuring the consistency of the frontend architecture.

Freelance work on Mosst.io, a SaaS payroll management application. My role was to assist the client in improving their product, structuring its interface, integrating new features, and ensuring user experience reliability.
