Digitization of a safety-relevant product in the vehicle to make maintenance, repairs, and vehicle data centrally, transparently, and always available - for customers, workshops, and manufacturers with the short-term goal of establishing a uniform digital solution that maps service histories in real-time, makes workshop processes more efficient, and strengthens customer loyalty via app and portals.

In addition, a concept for integrating the product into existing IT and workshop systems was developed, while simultaneously ensuring data quality and security (GDPR) as well as acceptance among dealers and customers. At the same time, I am responsible for the rollout across different markets and systems.

As a consultant for Data Analytics at VW/Škoda, I was responsible for screening and analyzing large amounts of data to uncover optimization potential in various business areas. I also supported the further development and optimization of a chatbot that makes internal processes and customer interactions more efficient. Another focus was on process automation to speed up workflows and reduce error rates. In addition, I worked in the CRM area to support data-driven decisions and make customer communication more targeted.

At VW ADMT (Autonomous Driving, Mobility, Transport), I was responsible for "Vehicle Onboarding". This typically includes the technical and procedural process by which autonomous driving or shared mobility vehicles are integrated into digital platforms, fleet management systems, or mobility services. This involves initial authentication and digital activation, connecting the vehicle to the backend/cloud, assigning it to a fleet or service (e.g., MOIA), communication with vehicle infrastructure (e.g., charging, maintenance), lifecycle management (e.g., updates), and ensuring security, privacy, and functional integrity. The complete vehicle onboarding process – from conception through implementation to operational readiness in the fleet/service – involves end-to-end responsibility, while systemic thinking understands "Vehicle Onboarding" as a cross-sectional topic with backend, cloud, E/E, security, and UX components. In close coordination with ADAS/AD, cloud development, legal, security, mobility platforms, and external partners, stakeholder management takes place. Meanwhile, knowledge of digital vehicle infrastructure, fleet management backends, data models, OTA processes, and security help me with technical product understanding. Agile working follows SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).

Furthermore, the security and compliance focus of "Vehicle Onboarding" must meet the highest requirements for cybersecurity (ISO, UN-ECE) and data protection. User-centric thinking, as well as regular exchange with UI/UX, ensures a seamless onboarding process for operators, technicians, or automated processes. In the future, "Vehicle Onboarding" is intended to serve as an enabler for autonomous mobility services (fleet operations).
