Brigitte has had several professional lives. Initially a manager of complex and innovative projects in the Real Estate and Finance sectors, then in the training sector and the world of startups, she has become over the years, a consultant in strategy, change management, and innovation management. She sees herself as an innovation methodologist.

Brigitte has three predominant areas of expertise and interest:

- Innovation and creativity management (Innovative intelligence)

- Actualization of the potential of individuals and organizations (coaching)

- Innovation applied to skills development.

She supports Innovators, Startups, Project Teams, Intrapreneurs, Business Leaders to innovate better and develop their business.

She was "Head of Innovation, Progress Approaches and Collective Intelligence" within Bouygues Bâtiments IdF and a member on behalf of the Bouygues group of the AFNOR Innovation Management Commission.

She is co-author of 4 books on innovation.

She has a "good" habit of challenging the paradigms of the professions she tackles.
