Ethics and Professional Practice Analysis Facilitator (APP / GAP), I support teams in the health, social, and medico-social sectors facing complex situations where several values, obligations, or constraints are in tension.

My work involves helping groups to step back, clarify the issues of a concrete situation, and build reasoned, realistic, and shared decision-making options.

I intervene in particular on:

• Analysis of professional practices and team supervision,

• Establishment and facilitation of ethics reflection bodies,

• Training-action sessions on the ethics of care, collective decision-making, and daily dilemmas.

I pay particular attention to the working environment (confidentiality, respect, non-judgment), the voice of professionals, and the connection with institutional realities.

On-site interventions are preferred (Nouvelle-Aquitaine), remote sessions are possible depending on the context.
