🎨 Artistic Project Manager – Ceysson & Bénétière Gallery (Paris)

For 4 years, I worked within this international contemporary art gallery, where I was responsible for managing exhibitions, artist/collector relations, and art fairs (FIAC, Art Basel, etc.).

My role covered the entire production cycle:

Logistical and administrative coordination of exhibitions

Production follow-up of artworks with artists

Sales and client relationship management

Organization of the gallery's presence at international art fairs

Content writing (proposals, presentations, artwork descriptions)

This experience allowed me to develop a comprehensive view of the art market, a keen sense of organization, and a great ability to work in demanding environments with high relational intensity.

• Recruitment, training, and management of Parisian teams (10 to 15 employees)

• Management and development of clients and property owners

• Monitoring and implementation of objectives, schedules, and work

• Establishment of a concierge service

• Occasional assignments in a luxury chalet in Méribel for the setup and management of a concierge service for VIP clients

• Occasional assignments in Lisbon for market development there

🎯 Responsible for the launch and establishment of patronage within a structure dedicated to contemporary creation.

As part of the structuring of a cultural association supporting artistic creation, I was tasked with designing and implementing an operational and coherent patronage department, covering legal, strategic, and relational aspects.

My main missions were as follows:

Development of the patronage strategy in line with cultural objectives and artists' needs

Establishment of the administrative and fiscal framework for receiving donations and structuring supported projects (statutes, accreditations, legal follow-up)

Writing and design of communication materials for patrons (project presentations, proposals, arguments)

Prospecting for private and corporate patrons interested in cultural engagement

Creation and animation of a network of partners and institutional supporters

This project allowed me to gain a transversal understanding of the cultural sector, at the intersection of artist support, development strategy, and partnership dynamics.
