Unloading and setting up a stage consisting of platforms, skirts, drapes, and projection screens, installing stage monitors, self-supporting structures, and automated wash lights, setting up Panasonic PTZ cameras, setting up the sound, lighting, and video control rooms, installing and programming architectural lighting. Cabling everything. Lighting and sound for adjacent rooms. Cleaning cables, the stage, installing cable ramps, and respecting safety standards. Starting up equipment before the audience arrives, supporting the team during the live event, intervening in case of breakdown. Then dismantling, restoring the premises, and loading.

I was responsible for assisting with unloading and the general setup of the event, but more specifically for assisting the sound technician in implementing the planned L-Acoustics line array configuration, and setting up monitors, talkbacks, wireless microphones, cabling, and installing a 3m x 20m LED screen.

I managed the operation of the Yamaha CL-5 live console during the event and participated in the dismantling.

Installation of the control room, reception of speakers, equipping with wireless microphones, preparation of a digital console for live use with input and output routing for the stage, stage and control room monitors, translation, and stenography. Sound check adjustments, live console operation, and assistance to speakers and technicians on equipment usage.
