Primiweb is a major player in IT services for the e-Logistics sector; the solution standardizes data exchange between different business partners.

My role is to ensure the application runs optimally by keeping it up-to-date, adding new requested features, and resolving any technical issues.

This is a project launched with another developer and a marketing profile, initially just for the pleasure of building a tool we would have used ourselves. The idea is simple: offer a comprehensive directory for gamers to find the best private servers for games like Minecraft, Rust, or Flyff. We implemented a ranking system based on community votes so that the highest quality servers naturally rise to the top.

My Role:Full-stack Developer & Project Manager

Tech: Laravel, Laravel Livewire, TailwindCSS.

Redesign: Launched in 2023, the project underwent a major redesign in 2026 to optimize performance and modernize the interface.

Management: In addition to coding, I manage the roadmap on Notion. This is where I plan sprints and coordinate tasks with my two collaborators.

Monetization: A complete payment funnel (Stripe and PayPal) for promotion packages.

Engagement: A success system for players and a "Certified Player" badge to give weight to reviews.

SEO & Content: A blog module with article scheduling and an integrated AI that helps admins write impactful server descriptions.

API: I developed and documented a voting API so that server creators can integrate it directly into their own interface.

The project is a real success: we now exceed 5,000 unique visitors per month. The site is multilingual, ultra-fast, and feedback from server creators is excellent, particularly regarding the ease of use of the API and the effectiveness of the highlighting options.

This is the project that allowed me to touch everything: from infrastructure to SEO, including team management and UX. Seeing a platform go from a "passion project" to a tool used by thousands of people every month is extremely formative.
