1. Organization and transition governance
oDedicated team structure: Propose a temporary organization for teams impacted by this transition by splitting resources between day-to-day management and specific Cutover activities
oRole framework: Propose precise and complementary roles between teams and their members to ensure smooth identification of the right contacts during this critical period
oSteering and rituals: Facilitate critical activities, establish and lead steering rituals (daily/weekly) to maintain team motivation, raise alerts, and prepare decisions when necessary

2. Migration strategy and temporary procedures
oBusiness flow arbitration: Clarify priorities and procedures for handling cases during the solution freeze phase (P2P and CLM)
oTechnical migration: Validate the scope and migration rules for active objects (Current Contracts, Open Orders, Uninvoiced Receipts...)
oMitigation plan: Propose a mitigation plan ensuring business continuity during go-live
oTransition to run: Secure the post go-live functional support phase as well as the transition to the long-term RUN phase in coordination with dedicated teams.

3. Communication and support
oEnsure, in coordination with change management, appropriate communications to prepare and reassure the various teams throughout this key transition
oPropose relevant communication channels to cover the different populations impacted by the go-live
oRaise awareness among the relevant communities (management control, purchasing, legal) about expectations
