Brian Gallon

As the founder of MAKE, I support entrepreneurs, brands, and companies in the creation, structuring, and development of digital and physical projects. I get involved from the early stages: idea clarification, positioning, brand strategy, and needs definition, through to operational implementation (visual identity, website, e-commerce, customer journey).

My role is to act as a strategic partner, bringing a business vision, structured execution, and a strong requirement for consistency between image, usage, and growth objectives. I work selectively, with direct involvement in each project, to build solid, clear, and scalable foundations.

I supported the complete creation of a vintage clothing store, both physical and online, from idea to launch. My involvement covered brand identity, business plan, supplier strategy, store layout, marketing materials, social media presence, and the e-commerce site. I also provided strategic support for financing, launch, and customer engagement, ensuring a solid, scalable foundation ready for growth.

I designed the brand identity for a renovation and public works company. My work included developing the logo, typography, marketing materials, and a fully customized client quote system. I advised the company on pricing, invoicing, operational organization, and customer experience, while optimizing its online visibility. This project illustrates my expertise in brand strategy and business creation.
