I specialise in helping organisations work better than I found them — through process transformation, automation, and building the teams that sustain it.

Across Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, and Gilead Sciences, the work has consistently been about improvement: redesigning how processes run, building functions that didn't exist, and delivering measurable change across complex, cross-functional environments. That's included eliminating a 4-month process backlog across 50 markets, building a benefits accounting function for 50,000+ employees across 25 countries, and leading EMEA-wide standardisation programs across multiple systems and organisations.

The other side of the work I care about is people. Building teams, developing individuals, and creating environments where the work actually makes sense to the people doing it — that's been as central to what I do as the process side.

The third thing I bring: a genuine, hands-on interest in AI adoption. Not the theory — the practical application. I actively test and implement AI-assisted improvements in finance and operations workflows, and I help teams understand how to actually use these tools day-to-day. In 2026 that's increasingly a real differentiator in this space.
