Responsibilities:

Implementation of workflows and work processes.

Single technical interface.

Implementation of KPIs (QCD, Backlog, Profits).

Planning and monitoring of studies.

Reporting of quality issues.

Development of Bobst India's skills: methodology and technique.

Facilitation of weekly meetings and drafting of minutes (MOM).

Guarantor of the quality, costs, and deadlines of BIN team deliverables.

Coordination of activities between the design offices in France and Tunisia. Goal: Consultant within the calculation department, responsible for validating and improving the performance of bus frames. Reduction of deadlines by creating tools and reduction of costs by training a new nearshore team. Static, fatigue, and dynamic finite element calculations. Training and technical monitoring of a nearshore team (Tunisia). Development of automation macros to facilitate fatigue analysis. Validation of structures on different buses: Urbanway, GX, Citelis, Cityclass. Analysis of breakages reported on different buses: GX, Urbanway. Drafting of detailed calculation notes in English.

Goal: Technical management of an innovative product. Mechanical/HVAC design and calculations for energy storage shelters (shipping containers). Supervision of a team of young engineers. Implementation of a mechanical calculation standard for the client. Training and management of a team of young engineers. Cleaning and simplification of geometry. Static, seismic, lifting, road and sea transport calculations. Detailed CAD design and manufacturing drawing of assemblies. Design and calculations of HVAC pipe supports. Drafting of detailed calculation notes in English.
