Summary: As part of the GBS Connect project, I contributed to the digitalization of LORO/NOSTRO account opening/closing and management workflows on the GBS CONNECT platform developed on Camunda BPMN. As Product Owner, I was responsible for gathering business requirements, assisting the offshore development team in understanding these needs, and supporting users throughout the solution deployment.

Achievements:

- Facilitated scoping workshops to verify and optimize business rules and processes

- Expressed needs in the form of User Stories, managed the product backlog, and prioritized requirements

- Led Grooming, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings

- Supervised and Managed User Acceptance Testing (prepared test plans, tracked defects, etc.)

- Provided production support, logged defects, tracked defect resolution, and tested fixes

- Prepared and delivered training for users in newly onboarded entities (AMERICAS)

- Managed Data Quality improvement, providing data control tools for business departments

Summary: As a Business Analyst and Scrum Master, I supported the development of the ready-to-wear brand "DAGARAA Paris" by optimizing operational processes, creating steering tools, providing strategic advice, and reorganizing activities in Agile mode.

Achievements:

- Brand Audit / Marketing Mix Review, analysis of production processes, cost policy

- Implementation of Agile ceremonies: Daily Meeting, Production Sprint,

- Implementation of product sheets and dashboards for monitoring budgets and commercial performance

- Redefinition of the communication strategy to enhance the brand's visibility and impact in its market

- Redefinition of the Distribution strategy to improve online sales and pop-up store sales

During a phase dedicated to exploring entrepreneurial opportunities, I also invested time in conceptualizing a project management simplification tool focused on schedule automation, process fluidity, and optimized ergonomics:

- Competitive analysis including the use and evaluation of solutions such as JIRA, Monday.com, Trello, or Notion

- Writing the Product Backlog to precisely define requirements and expected features"

- Modeling and creation of mock-ups visually representing different interfaces and their links"

- Development of an algorithm to automate the creation of schedules and planning

- Use of an initial Excel version to support a Ready-to-Wear brand
