Mission carried out through the company MIGSO-PCUBED Nantes. Rhythm of 2-3 days on-site per week. Team of 3 people managing a transversal project impacting daily stakeholders across 3 different Airbus Atlantic sites: Nantes, Montoir de Bretagne, and Saint Nazaire.

Facilitate the scoping of a project to migrate a tool to a new one.

- Project scoping completed in 3 months (project existing for 2 years)

- Implementation of an agile framework adapted to the mission

- Management of communication between 3 Airbus Atlantic sites

- Stakeholder management (approximately 30 sectors/departments)

- Harmonization of a critical business process impacting a significant number of stakeholders daily

- Implementation of multi-site end-to-end testing

- Implementation of an agile framework in a hybrid environment (gate reviews)

- Facilitation of steering committees / management meetings
