Assisting the management board with strategic challenges. At GroenLeven, I gained hands-on experience in developing and execution strategy within a corporate environment. Including company transformation, growth into new markets and products (incl. hydrogen), M&A, and commercial business optimisation projects. Example projects:

• Developing a corporate (growth) strategy, defining long-term goals, creating action plans, and identifying comprehensible steps to achieve them.

• Leading due diligence processes of multiple acquisition targets, including transaction guidance and stakeholder management (both internal and external).

Spring Associates is a boutique management consulting firm with focus on the energy transition, renewables, and sustainability. As Sr. Associate, I was the engagement manager, leading teams of consultants and acting as client counterpart. Example projects:

• Support trajectory for a consortium of solar-PV developers to help them with public positioning by drafting storylines backed by data, analyses, and proprietary models.

• Company-wide renewable energy strategy for a multinational O&G player aiming to transition from a conventional energy business; Segmenting the renewable energy sectors, examining business alignment, and identifying potential investable targets.

Besides day-to-day consulting work I was responsible for recruitment, and I led the Energy & Carbon knowledge domain (developing proprietary tools and analyses).
