After gaining experience and seeing the real needs big companies have regarding Generative AI—as well as the challenges they often face—I decided to build my own tool to address many of these issues. I have also turned it into a SaaS under my own company.

I am responsible for the entire data lifecycle within the CXA Department—from data extraction to activation across large-scale campaigns and corporate websites. I have orchestrated complex campaigns, built ML workflows for collaborative filtering, developed successful AI applications for multiple internal use cases, and contributed to core business algorithms such as room mapping.

As a consultant, I have contributed to the development of business intelligence data flows, reports, and best data-governance practices across a wide range of companies.
