Brais López Rodríguez

Hi, my name is Brais López and I'm a web developer.

I specialize mostly in the Front-end (html/css/js) although I have some Back-end knowledge (php, mySQL). In my first professional stage, I was also an art director, leading a team of 4 people, so I also do design and identity work. I have considerable experience with Wordpress, especially creating templates from scratch to optimize the final development. I am familiar with common wordpress plugins and have developed several Woocommerce platforms.

In terms of layout, I work with sass and have worked with bootstrap and jquery when the project required it. Personally, I prefer to use vanilla js, and I use the gsap library to bring pages to life through animation. When the project has required it, I have used the swup library for fluid server-rendered page transitions.

I have about 20 years of experience in the online world, several of them in large agencies such as Ogilvy, DDB, RNL (Storm), McCann, and also small studios. As a freelancer, I have been working for all kinds of clients, large and small, for about 15 years.
