I joined Sealer, a digital company specializing in software development and data security. My role as Scrum Master is to lead an Agile team of 5 people, optimizing existing processes and strengthening performance, collaboration, and the delivery of quality technical solutions.

I joined the MAM team within the Mediahub group at CANAL+ (Vivendi), in charge of the group's international platform. My role as Scrum Master was to ensure the alignment of the three Feature Teams (Front/Back developers, DevOps, QA, PO, PM) distributed between France and Poland, and to strengthen their agile maturity.

At Axa France, I contributed significantly to the transition to Agility. My central role was to manage Customer Relationship Management, establishing direct contact with Axa France clients. As a key member of this forward-thinking team, I actively participated in implementing agile practices. My involvement was essential to ensure a smooth transition to these new methodologies, thereby optimizing processes for our client relations.

Mission:

Facilitate SCRUM adoption, guide the team in the transition to SCRUM, ensure a deep understanding of the framework, and foster member buy-in to its principles and practices.

Implement large-scale SAFE. Adapt and deploy the SAFE framework to coordinate the efforts of multiple teams in a complex environment, ensuring alignment of objectives and harmonious release planning.

Optimize Backlog Management. Work closely with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the Backlog, ensuring effective sprint planning and continuous alignment with client needs and strategic objectives.

Resolve operational blockages. Identify and remove operational obstacles, whether related to technology, processes, or resources, to maintain iteration fluidity and maximize delivered value.

Foster team self-organization. Encourage individual accountability within the team, thereby stimulating self-organization and initiative to improve productivity and efficiency.

Conduct Agile training sessions. Organize regular training on Agile, SCRUM, and SAFE concepts to strengthen team skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Manage interpersonal relationships. Resolve conflicts and foster open communication within the team and with stakeholders, contributing to a collaborative environment conducive to innovation and problem-solving.
