Participation in the LOREA program, key to upstream performance for Business Units and Points of Sale: Support for the transformation plan, processes, ways of working, business practices, organizations, skills, as well as tools, serving the group's strategy and ambition.

• Diagnosis and benchmarking of store concepts (offer, merchandising, commercial animation),

• Facilitation of working groups and recommendations.

• Analysis of tasks and best practices of in-store businesses (field immersion, interviews, observation) to identify process optimization levers.

• Support for Purchasing departments and store teams in implementing a new Retail ERP.

• Definition of the new system's specifications,

• Organization of workshops with client teams, project steering and monitoring.

• Formalize EB (Enterprise Architecture) and monitor SFG (Functional Specifications) implementation/validation in consultation with the publisher.

• Manage relationships with the publisher, interface teams, and business units.

• Participate in homologation phases through the writing of test matrices and test scripts.

• Participation in change and training workshops.

Manage a portfolio of business and IT projects from the annual IT roadmap, ensuring adherence to scope, cost, and deadlines, and alignment with strategic performance.

• Effort estimation, monitoring of specification development, testing, and delivery control.

• Identification and management of inter-project dependencies.

- GOLD SHOP V6 Version Upgrade Study: Scoping needs and studying existing vs. standard V6, infrastructure and architecture study, adaptation of the SRAI compatibility kit, and SRAI negotiation/proposal.

- GRETA: Steering the deployment of a transport document dematerialization solution in our SAMADA warehouses via the SuiteMapping solution.

- PROMO Architecture Redesign: Industrialization of PROMOPLACE outputs, automation of flows between promoplace and other applications via ETLs (data mapping and translation tables).

- PromoPlace Lot 5 and Lot 6: Implementation of enhancements to the PromoPlace promotion design solution in consultation with SEED MOE (IT Development Assistance).

- Mont Blanc Reversibility Lot 2: Implementation of an interface to manage the traceability of all frozen items managed in the warehouse.
