CONTEXT: In a context of strong external growth, the main challenge was the harmonization of the IS in complex ecosystems (multi-site, multi-MPLS). Conceptualization led to the virtualization of infrastructures over 6 months while controlling the allocated budget. Objectives:

Within the instrumentation scope, our mission is to train the new team in the use of zabbix, truesight, and Newtest, and to provide level 2/3 support for these. Diagnosis of encountered problems to find the root cause. Ensure infrastructure maintenance

Objectives:

• - Train the new team on incident management.

• - Maintain the Instrumentation infrastructure in nominal operation.

• - Manage incidents by finding the root cause and writing documentation that will serve as a knowledge base for the new team.
