Missions:

Assisting companies in their tender responses;

Internal financial aspects (accounting audits, retrospective and prospective analyses, territorial tax studies);

Strategic and financial consulting for companies to optimize their organization, performance, and development.

Conducting technical, sectoral, and prospective studies to support decision-making, anticipate market changes, and identify new strategic opportunities.

Complex contractual and financial arrangements (public procurement, public-private partnerships, partnership contracts),

assistance with procurement, bid analysis, and contractual negotiation.

Within the Finance, Public Procurement, and Logistics Department, I was responsible for: Budget preparation and monitoring for the local authority, mastering the budget cycle and management tools (Excel, SAP); Rigorous management of accounting operations and optimization of expenditure processes; Creation of budget dashboards and indicators for decision-making; Active participation in organizational transformation, cross-functional projects, and financial management of public procurement contracts. Leading meetings, supporting business departments in budget management and project execution.

In collaboration with the ANR (National Research Agency), my mission was to: Implement an innovative pilot project in data science applied to research; Data visualization and analysis using BI tools such as Business Objects, Excel, as well as the SQL programming language; Design and develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports; Write a best practices guide on methods and tools for data-driven management for the scientific and business community.
