Graduated with a Master's in Innovative Business Creation from IAE, combined with a certification in corporate finance from HEC Paris, I have worked within investment funds, as CFO of a large group, and in banks. In parallel, I support entrepreneurs and growing companies with the following missions:

- Project structuring: legal (choice of status, guidance on procedures), economic and financial (business model, market research...)

- Drafting of Business Plans, market research, and executive summaries for creators, and P&L and financial data analysis for growing companies.

- Support in:

i) Meetings with banks: price negotiation, benchmarking, assistance with account opening procedures and loan applications.

ii) Presenting the project to various stakeholders: Business Angels, investment funds/family offices, banks.

iii) Seeking public aid and innovation grants (Calls for projects, European aid...)

iv) Connecting with a network of qualified experts (Chartered accountant, lawyer, Business Angel network...) particularly in the fields of innovation and R&D
