Betsy Barbeth is a Lyon-based drag artist, a queen, a clown, and 100% queer, whose performances are inspired by great revolutionary feminist icons. I designed a graphic identity that embraces this extraordinary persona: maximalist, flamboyant, and uncompromising. The visual identity plays with contrasts: saturated pop colors, irreverent typography, and visual reinterpretations that blur the lines between glamour and satire. Each element reflects Betsy's stage energy: explosive, unfiltered, and emotionally intense. The result is a radical, deliberately non-neutral visual language where camp meets activism – a graphic system that affirms queer resilience and promises the audience the same intensity as on stage.
