Educated in IS engineering and business organization, I now work on two complementary levels: project management — in agile and Waterfall modes — and governance, to evaluate, guide, and control that launched initiatives are achieving their expected results.
But what truly drives me is the conviction that technology and organizational change are inseparable. I constantly stay updated on new technologies, not out of obligation, but out of genuine curiosity — because understanding what is emerging today means better anticipating tomorrow's transformations.
