Context

Fareco-Fayat is a provider of carpooling systems/mobile radar (onboard electronics). I was involved in the RADAR part as the main interface with our client (the government).

Actions:

-Define the software application strategy in collaboration with internal users

-Manage the team of PHP and JavaScript developers along typical routines

(review of specifications, retrospectives, planning, remaining progress)

-Organize training sessions and workshops to involve users

-Optimize procedures and processes, structure work methods

-Monitoring of commercial activity (Project: €35 million)

Calls for tender, cost estimations and quotes to the client, analysis of global costs

-Carry out studies requested by the client and write reports (electrical balance study, logistics study, electronic system integration study)

-Organize project communication (Steering Committee)

-Ensure reporting and minutes (client steering committee)

-Analyze projects and guarantee all incurred costs (invoicing,

planned purchase orders)

Context:

NSG is a global manufacturer of glass and glazing systems for the automotive sector. I was involved in the development and industrialization of new products as the main interface with our clients (Renault, Peugeot, Nissan, and tier ones).

Environment: Europe

Actions:

-Sole client point of contact (technical, contractual, logistics, quality, cost issues)

-Work in close collaboration with key internal stakeholders (management, R&D, supply chain, quality, sales, application engineering, operations)

-Monitor and control and update program budgeting (financial indicators)

-Create and track the schedule for each project (task details => Kick off to closure)

-Monitor weekly internal meetings and Kick off meetings at the production plant

-Ensure all projects meet internal and external milestones (Cost, deadline, and budget)

-Alert the steering committee of any potential delays or difficulties

-Advocate for the necessary resources to achieve project objectives

Results:

Profitability on sales (ROS) increased by more than 2%, equivalent to a gain of €100k on the program

Context:

Renault is an automobile manufacturer. I was involved in the development of embedded calculators (dashboard, screen) as part of the deployment of the new multimedia system for the connected Twingo (IVI).

Environment: International

Actions:

-Participate in product definition meetings (identify new developments)

-Define the project plan for each iteration (monitoring of all specifications

and construction of the software delivery schedule and validation plan (V Cycle))
