Missions:

• Manage the quality management system;

• Manage the document management process;

• Manage the process of identifying risks related to processes, products, and safety and hygiene;

• Manage the qualification, monitoring, and evaluation process for suppliers and subcontractors;

• Monitor and improve stakeholder satisfaction;

• Lead staff awareness and training actions;

• Lead the Continuous Improvement process;

• Conduct or participate in the implementation of internal projects.

• Develop the Group Quality Manual

• Monitor, evaluate, and implement regulatory changes, etc.

Missions:

• Lead micrographic expertise (Grain size, inclusion rate, corrosion layer...) within the metallurgy laboratory;

• Lead internal quality management within the laboratory;

• Develop technical procedures according to applicable international standards;

• Implement internal technical training plans for the laboratory (planning, training materials, evaluation...)

• Conduct technical training for metallurgical staff.

GROUP Missions:

• Manage the Quality, Health, and Safety management system for LAMACOM GROUP;

• Manage product control operations (Upon receipt, During manufacturing, final inspection and testing) for all production sections (Culinary Section / Press Section / Injection Section and Packaging Section)

• Supervise validation testing operations for development samples

• Implement and manage the LEAN approach within the factory

• Analyze and improve work methods related to the organization and layout of production equipment

• Lead actions to preserve personnel safety

• Implement continuous performance improvement tools across the entire company;

• Supervise the Product Control, Method & Continuous Improvement team;

• Ensure periodic reporting to senior management.
