• The mission focuses on organizing data migration operations from file servers and a SharePoint 2010 farm to SharePoint Online. The goal was to assess project progress and define corrective actions to establish a deadline for the migration project's completion, as well as a detailed plan to involve and coordinate the actions of all regional departments and their respective sites, along with national departments.
