Task description:

• Active participation in studies, designs, and development of strategic applications, with a role in modernizing the technical stack and migrating to new technologies.

• Leading and contributing to application modernization projects, including redesigning and optimizing the data model to improve performance, robustness, and scalability.

• Implementation and monitoring of application security: vulnerability correction, integration of static and dynamic analysis tools (SonarQube, Checkmarx, renovate), regular monitoring of threats, and compliance with DevSecOps best practices.

• Deployment and operation on AWS: using EKS, S3, RDS, Messaging Queues services, integrating monitoring and alerting solutions (OpenSearch, Datadog).

• Contribution to regular production releases and environment stabilization, with the ability to analyze and resolve production incidents.

• Promotion of sustainable development best practices (green code) and raising team awareness on resource and consumption optimization.

• Monitoring and contribution to technological upgrade projects (Java, frameworks, CI/CD) to ensure a modern, secure, and performant stack.

• Transverse collaboration in agile mode (squads)

Project context

-Development of an SG-MARKET solution for clients, allowing clients to access, track their portfolios, and interact with SG teams.

-Leading a team in India on another project to implement an SGSS product and service catalog/repository, acting as technical lead by setting up the architecture + technical infrastructure and monitoring the quality of the developed code.

• Preparation/animation of technical and functional training sessions for knowledge sharing between teams and onboarding new joiners.

• Work on decommissioning obsolete projects in favor of new projects to improve user experience, performance, and data quality.

• Implementation of application monitoring and tracking solutions, using the SG-monitoring tool and specifically the ELK stack (Elastic search, log stash, kibana), services like metricBeat, heart Beat, matomo,...

• Participation in migrating applications to the Azure Cloud.

• Participation in the selection and implementation of the architecture + technical infrastructure in collaboration with architects.

• Launch of a new interactive platform for clients that centralizes all services to track their activity with SGSS in real-time.
