Mission: assist the startup Karay in the complete creation of its internal web application to automate and centralize all its activities (client booking, service provider management, administrative monitoring).

As a full-stack web developer (NestJS, Angular, Typescript, Javascript), I designed and developed the entire platform:

• Client area: simple, fast, and responsive booking process to increase conversion rates and reduce manual exchanges.

• Service provider area: consultation of available jobs, application, availability and profile management, service tracking. The structured workflow improves coordination and reduces operational errors.

• Admin back-office: comprehensive tool for associates (request tracking, job modification/validation, automatic quote generation, notifications, invoicing). Scalable back-end architecture (NestJS / PostgreSQL / Prisma) ensuring performance and scalability.

This application allowed Karay to:

- automate a large part of the administrative tasks previously done by email, phone, or Excel;

- save several hours per day thanks to a centralized workflow;

- professionalize the client and service provider experience;

- improve visibility on activity and decision-making.

Fliiink is a startup aiming to launch a mobile application offering hospitality services at its users' vacation destinations.

This application will allow booking services such as cooking, childcare, or cleaning in hotels, B&Bs, Airbnb rentals, etc.

I joined thebackend developmentteam to design and implement the entire server infrastructure for Fliiink's mobile application.
