As a freelance Agile Coach, I support individuals, teams, and organizations in their collaboration. I focus on the people involved and empower them to solve their challenges independently.

I draw on my many years of experience in product development, project management, and agile coaching.

My industry experience includes, for example: automotive, insurance, energy, services, construction, and the gaming sector.

My education includes both completed Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science, as well as numerous further training courses in coaching and training.

By publishing technical articles and blog posts, giving presentations at conferences, and translating the Scrum Guide into German, I gladly share my experiences and insights.

As an accredited Professional Scrum Trainer from scrum.org, I am authorized to offer official and globally recognized training from their portfolio. As a Co-Active Certified Coach and Professional Scrum Trainer at scrum.org, I possess a broad spectrum of expertise, including Scrum, Kanban, Management 3.0, Flight Levels, Nexus, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, SAFe, "Training from the Back of the Room," and Liberating Structures. I am constantly learning and exploring new approaches to further improve my work.
