Organizational consultant, I support leaders and teams in structuring, growing, or transforming complex organizations, with a strong specialization in higher education and training.

I intervene when organizations encounter structural or operational dysfunctions, or when issues of development, quality, or performance require a comprehensive overhaul.

My interventions cover the entire transformation cycle:

– analysis of actual functioning (organization, roles, practices, processes),

– identification of improvement levers and development opportunities,

– structuring and prioritizing these levers in a roadmap aligned with strategic objectives,

– support for the operational implementation of projects, closely with the teams.

My background, at the crossroads of IT, project management, management, consulting, and training, allows me to bring both a strategic and operational perspective to organizations, and to bridge the gap between vision, decisions, and execution.

I primarily work with higher education institutions, CFAs, and training organizations facing challenges of scaling up, structuring, quality, employability, or overall performance, but also with other organizations operating in complex and transforming environments.

My approach is pragmatic, decision- and results-oriented: to bring clarity, secure directions, structure action, and transform strategy into concrete and sustainable achievements.

Additionally, I can occasionally mobilize existing pedagogical and training tools (e-learning platform, materials, engineering) used as transitional levers to secure transformation, scaling-up, or reorganization phases, until a sustainable organization is established.
