Context: Good-Angel, a startup leader in connected breathalyzers, and creator of the first interactive mobile system for measuring blood alcohol content. Team of 5 people – Home office. Administration and Deployment:

- Deployment of virtual machines on CloudStack Apache hypervisor.

- Private Cloud platform installation + client installations.

- Private git configuration management platform installation.

- White-label Breathalyzer application design.

- iOS Breathalyzer application development (Xcode, Objective-C).

- Complete refactoring of the Breathalyzer application under Xamarin.Forms (Xamarin Studio, Visual Studio, C#).

- Xee Connect API implementation + integration. Web Design and Development:

First employee at Good Angel, I designed, developed, and deployed the very first versions of the connected breathalyzer product (mobile application + breathalyzer), launched as a white-label product. I also managed web and mobile development, supervised two external providers, and structured the technical, product, support, and infrastructure components in a context of strict regulation and high demand for rapid industrialization.

🎯 Responsibilities

-- Design and development of native iOS/Android mobile apps, then under Xamarin.

-- Development of a Proof of Concept for vehicle unlocking via blood alcohol test with the Xee system.

-- Creation of ASP.NET web services and SQL modeling via Linq.

-- Automation of deployment (TestFlight + Google Play Store).

-- Setup of an ownCloud server for secure documentation.

-- Structuring of technical support and writing of user documentation.

🚧 Challenges Encountered

-- Mandatory compliance with NF EN 16280 standard for breathalyzers.

-- Product imported to adapt to the French technical, regulatory, and UX context.

-- Limited resources (2 providers) for a very broad and critical scope.

-- Management of legal blood alcohol levels specific to each target country.

-- Cross-platform deployment under multi-store validation constraints.

-- Over 1000 units sold during the first commercialization phase.
