I design and develop an internal AI to optimize company activities and support the development of the morphopsychology department. I also oversee the redesign of the website and visual identity (logo), as well as the modernization of the IT infrastructure to improve performance and support evolving needs.

Managed a team of 7 technicians and handled N2 support in a demanding environment. Conducted technical audits, designed and deployed customized IT solutions (hardware, software, cloud), and contributed to the development of commercial offers. Oversaw client infrastructures with a focus on performance, reliability, and continuous system optimization.

Within a team of 5 people, I contributed to the management of 500 machines, providing N1 and N2 support for users on-site and remotely, at our main site and several sites in France. My responsibilities included troubleshooting, incident management, and maintaining systems and networks in operational condition.
