Served as PMO leader directing UAE VAT implementation across all holding companies for a large sovereign investment fund overseeing simultaneous complex projects, as well as securing high stake client relations throughout the UAE. Collaborated with key stakeholders such as UNIDO, Mubadala, and the Ministry of Economy to facilitate the first Global Manufacturing & Industrialization Summit in the UAE. Organized initiatives with industries and clients around AI, RPA, Digital, Blockchain and the Strategic impact of major global trends. Key Accomplishments:

• Established the PwC strategic partner alliance and introduced strategic initiatives in the region with key stakeholders leading to a potential pipeline of additional business above $15M.

• Managed the relationship and advised on commercial strategies to one of the largest SIF holding assets in access of over $700 billion while building global relationships to maximize their operational and financial performance.

• Led the first UAE high tech innovation pilot projects on additive manufacturing with Siemens, GE, and Etihad, as well as managed to secure the first certified and 3D printed interior airplane part in the UAE.

Established a strategy to build a mature and structured organization within the country's strategic framework. Introduced managerial steering structures for top management instilling strong efficiencies to improve performance. Guided the RFP process for large-scale projects. Key Accomplishments:

• Effected a new management structure facilitating strong efficiencies and performance improvements to generate cost savings of 3% and attract over $5M in new incremental investments.
