I completed the medical secretary course at Ecole Panorama, a training that provided me with the basic knowledge necessary for the medical field. This program included the study of terminology, anatomy, biology, as well as notions of pathology and pharmacology. These elements allow me to understand the technical vocabulary and the general functioning of a healthcare environment.

On the administrative side, I am trained in practice management, typing, and medical correspondence. My curriculum also included computer, French, and accounting courses, which provide me with a versatile foundation for organizing files. I also covered relational aspects through psychology and assistance during consultations to ensure proper patient reception. Currently developing my skills, I offer my support for classic secretarial tasks and administrative management, ensuring seriousness and respect for professional secrecy.
