Crédit Agricole is a French bank offering financial services internationally, with the group owning the largest network of cooperative and mutual banks in the world[4], including thirty-nine regional Crédit Agricole banks in France. In 2024, Crédit Agricole is the ninth largest bank in the world by assets, the second largest in France after BNP Paribas[5].

Officially established in 1894 to facilitate investments in the agricultural industry and historically organized according to a mutual system among the various regional banks with state support, it became, from the end of the 20th century, a private, generalist, and international banking group, listed through its holding company Crédit Agricole SA on the CAC 40 index of the Paris stock exchange.

I joined the Tech Dev team to participate in the redesign of their application developed in C# asp blazor.

The team consisted of:

- 3 project managers

- 5 Developers

- 1 Tech lead

I contributed to the development of several applications:

- Management of credit and insurance evolution

- Customer portfolio management

- Application maintenance

As the leading local commercial network in France, the La Poste group is organized into 4 business divisions: Mail-Parcels Services, Banking and Insurance, Physical and Digital Distribution, GeoPost/DPDGroup for international operations. Present in over 63 countries across 5 continents, it generated a revenue of €34.1 billion in 2023.

I joined the Automate team to participate in the development and application maintenance of La Poste's automated systems developed in C# WPF.

We were organized into 3 squads, mine consisted of:

• 2 PPOs (Proxy Product Owners)

• 1 Scrum Master

• 1 Tester

• 1 Tech Lead

• 1 Backup TL

This organization was supplemented by a testing squad of 5 people.

I contributed to the following developments:

• Development of new features (C# .net) for the automated systems

• Application maintenance

• Responsible for payment system maintenance
