Cheerz live creates tailor-made experiences for your events (photo booth rentals, photographers etc…) Our business is focused on BtoB to allow companies to benefit from our products for their clients or their marketing operations. My specific responsibilities and my tasks :

• Optimize quality of service

• Manage the client relationship (briefing, advising, reporting)

• Develop custom events based around pictures

• Handle planning for hostesses, carriers and printers

• Train hostesses

• Negotiate prices and quality of service with our providers

• Sourcing of service providers

• Optimize internal processes (design user guides with the UI team, remodel brief templates)

• Design communication materials according to the clients requirements

• Daily interaction with UI teams

• Ensure customer support for every event

• Reporting to the clients

Missions:

- Responsible for External and Internal Online Communication for the LCA Group- Street Marketing agency

- Populate the agency's various social networks Twitter, Facebook

- Maintenance of the various LCA Learning, Lca Consulting, Street and Marketing Marcel SAUCET websites

- Development of Instagram and Snapchat platforms, non-existent until then

- Writing articles on the Streetandmarketing blog

- Setting up contests by creating various partnerships

- Study the positioning of the website

- Update databases

- Prospecting for new targets

- Project manager for the first Snapchat contest with participant tracking
