• • Coordination of internal and external audits (incl. audit of the 2025 annual financial statements),

• • Ensuring proper general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting,

• • Posting of vendor, customer, and asset invoices,

• • Reconciliation of general ledger and sub-ledger accounts, including intercompany reconciliation,

• • Execution of intercompany settlements,

• • Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including group financial statements and execution of general ledger and consolidation postings.

• • Disciplinary management of the Accounting department in the DACH back-office organization of EFESO-Tsetinis companies at the Puch (Austria) and Friedrichshafen (Germany) locations with up to 5 employees,

• • Timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to local GAAP and IFRS in cooperation with external service providers, including determination and booking of accruals and provisions (e.g., for license agreements and in the personnel area),

• • Execution of monthly reporting to the Group Holding (IFRS) including the preparation of corresponding variance analyses (Forecast/Budget) for various stakeholders,

• • Regular analysis of ongoing and completed projects regarding profitability within the framework of defined corporate goals, including the execution and booking of monthly inventory valuation,

• • Coordination of all accounting activities for the assigned companies in agreement with internal and external service providers,

• • Acting as a representative for posting accounts receivable and accounts payable invoices,

• • Responsibility and active management of liquidity for the supervised companies,

• • Continuous monitoring and analysis of processes in the assigned area for "best practice".

• • Disciplinary management of the departments for individual financial statements, corporate finance controlling, and liquidity management with up to 4 employees,

• • Responsible preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to IFRS and HGB for all German holding companies of the group, including the execution of accrual and general ledger postings, as well as transfer postings from HGB to IFRS,

• • Responsibility for timely reporting to all stakeholders and continuous development of the reporting system (incl. KPIs),

• • Investment controlling for the German Aenova companies,

• • Posting of customer invoices (incl. MNG fees),

• • Further development and optimization of all accounting-relevant processes, including the existing SAP system,

• • Responsibility for liquidity management of the German Aenova companies, including reporting,

• • Local preparation of forecasts and budgets, including further development of related processes,

• • Management of group projects as project leader (e.g., introduction and further development of factoring; introduction of a uniform group-wide archiving system).
