Work psychologist (Strasbourg) and former HR Director in the metallurgy sector (CIFFOP), I work on the hottest HR issues for SMEs, mid-cap companies, and large corporations:

🔹 I typically intervene when:

- A harassment report comes in and an internal investigation needs to be managed (procedure, interviews, report, disciplinary actions)

- Recurring conflicts between departments and unexplained rivalries suggest that the work organization itself is the cause

- One or more repeated and unexplained absences accumulate in a team or department

- A leader wants to know "what's really going on"

- A reorganization creates tensions and the employee representative council (CSE) issues a warning notice

- A sensitive case (alcohol at work, serious interpersonal conflict, post-traumatic situation) requires a neutral third party

🔹 My background: +10 years in various HR and HR consulting roles, including 5 years at Vallourec managing a site, overseeing two social redundancy plans (PSE), redesigning IT organizations internationally, and handling dozens of sensitive HR investigations over the course of my career (moral and sexual harassment, alcohol, psychosocial risks, inter-departmental conflicts, repeated unexplained absences, etc.).
