Work Psychologist (Strasbourg) and former HRD in metallurgy (CIFFOP), I intervene on the hottest HR topics for SMEs, mid-cap companies, and large corporations:

🔹 My background: +10 years in various HR and HR consulting roles, including 5 years at Vallourec managing a site, overseeing two collective redundancy plans (PSE), redesigning IT organizations internationally, and dozens of sensitive HR investigations throughout my career (moral and sexual harassment, alcohol, RPS, inter-departmental conflicts, unexplained repeated work stoppages, etc.).
