Personnel administration: monitoring of work stoppages, parental/paternity leave, coordination with payroll via Workday. Participation in apprenticeship campaigns: application management, apprenticeship contracts, development of school relations, monitoring of apprentices. HR reporting and headcount monitoring. Contribution to cross-functional HR projects.
