Comprehensive management of a portfolio of 7 4* and 5* hotels. Personnel administration and payroll (fixed and extra staff). Recruitment of department heads and management. Disciplinary management. Annual preparation of HR budgets. Analysis of monthly reports/salary mass monitoring. Participation in semi-annual interviews for directors and annual and professional interviews for department heads. Opening of a 5* hotel in the South of France (Maison Albar Hôtel l'IMPERATOR). Supervision of an HR intern. Various projects based on current HR developments.

Recruitment. Gathering and defining needs with members. Sourcing, conducting telephone and in-person interviews (validation of skills and professional projects of candidates), proposing candidates in line with requests. Participation in job fairs and maintaining partnerships with referrers (Pôle Emploi, Mission Locale, Maison de l'Emploi, Cap Emploi...). Drafting employment contracts (permanent, fixed-term, temporary). Preparation and control of payroll elements (management of absences, entry of hours, control of overtime and working time modulation...). Compliance with procedures related to hiring and personnel management (DUE, medical visits, absence management, contract terminations).
